Will my customer see Airventory anywhere?
Your garment, parcel and paperwork carry no Airventory branding. Use your own neck label and sender name for a delivery that belongs to your clothing brand.
Is the order white-label?
Yes. There is no Airventory branding on the garment, parcel or paperwork. Standard orders ship in a premium black recycled polymailer, and your own neck label can complete the garment. What neck label options are available?.
Whose name appears on the shipping label?
The Brand name you set in Settings → My Accounts appears as the sender. Enter the clothing brand name you want customers to recognize, then click Save Changes.
Can I add my own garment branding?

Where do customers receive shipping updates?
Tracking and fulfillment status sync back to Shopify. Shopify sends shipping emails using your store’s notification settings, keeping customer communication with your storefront.
