What materials, inks and care instructions apply?
Airventory garments are pre-shrunk, and our DTG prints are tested colorfast beyond 50 washes. Find fabric, ink and care details here to describe your products confidently.
Where can I find fabric composition?
Every catalog product page lists its fabric composition, weight and construction. Garments are pre-shrunk and manufactured in China, then printed and fulfilled in Germany or China. Both fulfillment locations use the same machines, quality standards and quality-control process.
How should I wash and iron a garment?
Our DTG prints are tested colorfast beyond 50 washes. Follow the garment’s care label and product-page instructions, and avoid ironing directly over printed areas. Include those instructions in your store so customers know how to care for the product.
Which inks do you use?
We use Brother Innobella Textile water-based inks to reproduce fine detail, gradients, photographs and multicolor artwork. Brother’s GTX4 and GTX6 ink range carries OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certification. That certification applies to the inks; product-specific fabric and certification details are listed separately in the catalog.
How do you check garment and print quality?
Every order passes through three quality-control checks, including after printing and before packing. If a production issue is found, the item is remade before shipping. Independent audits take place several times a year at every facility.
