How long do production and dispatch take?
Your order is printed, checked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval and payment. Add the shipping estimate for the delivery country to get the total delivery time.

Your order is printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval and payment. We handle production, quality control and packing before it leaves the facility. Order woven-label batches ahead of launch because their separate production time is 7 days. What neck label options are available?
When should my customer expect delivery?
Your customer’s estimated delivery time combines garment production and shipping to their country. The cost calculator shows fulfillment time, shipping time and the combined estimate together, making it easier to give clear delivery information before they buy. You can also check the destination directly on our shipping page.
Do weekends count?
Our business-day and working-day estimates exclude weekends. Public holidays can affect production and carrier schedules as well. When you add delivery information to your store, use the working-day estimate rather than treating it as a number of calendar days. The shipping page shows the estimates for each destination.
How do you keep quality consistent before dispatch?
Open the order to check for a payment hold, approval request or production update. If it has passed the production window, send support the order number. Each order receives three quality-control checks, and a production fault is remade before shipping.
