How do I find orders and unpaid carts?
Your order tabs separate submitted orders from unpaid carts, so you can find the right record and see what needs attention. Search and filters help you narrow the list when your store gets busier.
Which order tab should I use?
Open Orders and choose the tab that matches what you are looking for:
All Orders contains submitted orders. Unpaid Orders contains carts waiting for completion or payment. Cancelled, Errors and Discarded contain their corresponding order or cart records.
Starting in the right tab makes it easier to find the order before applying any other filters.

How do I find an order?
Use the search field and the available store, status, payment and date filters. If you cannot find an order, reset the filters and check the relevant tab so an old filter is not hiding it. For a storefront order, also check that the product is linked to an Airventory template. Our What should I do if my store is not syncing? helps you review that connection.
Why does an unpaid order show an address error?
The cart needs complete delivery information before you can check out. Open its three-dot actions menu, choose Edit and fill in the missing shipping details. Once they are saved, use Pay to complete the order payment. The How do I pay for Airventory orders? shows where those actions appear.

What does Discard mean?
Discard is for an unpaid cart you no longer want. It moves that cart to Discarded, and the dashboard warns that the action cannot be undone. It is different from cancelling an order that has already been submitted for production. If that is what you need, follow the Can I change or cancel an order? instead.
Where are shipping updates?
Open the submitted order to see its fulfillment status and tracking details once they are available. If you want email updates as well, turn on Shipping & Dispatch Updates in your How do I manage email notifications?. This lets you follow deliveries without having to open each order repeatedly.
