How do the wallet and automatic payments work?
Your Airventory wallet helps you manage fulfillment spending and keep approved orders moving. You can add funds, review transactions and choose the automatic-payment setup that suits your brand.
What is the wallet?
Your wallet holds funds that you can use to pay for Airventory fulfillment orders. Open Wallet → Payment Details to see the available balance and payment options. It is separate from the money your customers pay into your store, so you can manage product fulfillment independently of storefront payouts.

How do I add balance?
Open Wallet → Payment Details.
Click Add Balance.
Complete the requested billing details and enter the top-up amount.
Review the total and complete the payment.
You can add funds without enabling automatic payment.
How do automatic payments work?
Wallet Autopay pays fulfillment orders from your balance. Saved-card automatic processing is a separate option in Payment Details. Choose your method and keep funds available for incoming orders.
Before placing a store test order, turn off automatic processing if you do not want that test paid and produced.
Where can I see transactions?
Open Wallet → Transactions to review your payment history. You can filter by transaction type and date, choose a sort order and click Apply. Each entry shows its amount, balance afterwards, payment method, status and date, helping you keep track of fulfillment spending. Use Reset to clear the filters in your wallet.

What if an order remains unpaid?
Open Orders → Unpaid Orders and check the error shown on the cart. Complete any missing delivery details through Edit, then review the payment. If your bank shows a charge but Airventory still says unpaid, contact support before retrying. The What if a payment fails or an order stays unpaid? explains which details will help us check it.
