Account & team
How do I manage team members and permissions?
You can give each teammate their own Airventory login and access to the work they need. This makes it easier to involve designers, support and finance without sharing your main account.
How do I add a team member?
Open Settings → Sub Accounts.
Click Add Sub Account.
Enter the teammate’s first name, last name and email.
Choose a role and review the permissions before saving.
Which role should I assign?
Choose Administrator, Merchant Support, Designer or Finance & Billing, then check the detailed permissions in the form. Role names are starting templates, and you can tailor access to the teammate’s work.

What do Payment Execution and Product Designer allow?
Payment Execution gives the teammate access to payment actions, including paying orders and adding wallet funds. Product Designer gives access to the design tool. They are separate controls, so someone can work on products without automatically being able to spend from the account. Review both when setting up a sub-account.
Which permissions should I give a teammate?
The form groups permissions for orders, stores, shipping, billing, wallet, settings, Product Templates and branding. Choose the areas the person needs for their work and check payment access separately. The form also states that sub-accounts cannot delete data. You can review these options in Sub Accounts before saving the setup.
How do I keep team access up to date?
Review a teammate’s permissions when their responsibilities change or they leave the business. Keeping individual logins makes that easier than sharing your main password. Your storefront has its own team access, so manage that separately from Airventory as well. Our How do I manage my account and security? explains the related account controls.
