How do I connect my store?
You can keep your own storefront while Airventory handles production and shipping. Connect the store, publish or link your products, and choose how you want fulfillment orders approved and paid.
Which store platform should I choose?
Choose your platform in Stores → Add store. Shopify and WooCommerce can be connected from the dashboard. For Etsy, use Contact support in the Help Center menu. If your platform is not listed, you can still place orders manually from Product Templates. Which stores can I connect to Airventory?
How do I authorize the store connection?
Select WooCommerce in Stores → Add store and follow the connection prompts for your store. Approve the requested connection in WooCommerce, then return to Airventory to check the store status. For Shopify’s exact steps, see How do I connect Shopify to Airventory?.
How do I link new or existing products?
Find the saved design in Product Templates and open Add to store. Choose Add product to store to create a new listing, or Replace an existing product to link a product you already sell. Your store remains yours, while the template tells Airventory which garment, artwork and branding to fulfill. The How do I publish a product to my store? explains both options.
