Store connections

What should I do if my store is not syncing?

Most connection issues come down to the store link, the product mapping or the order’s approval and payment status. These checks help you find where the order needs attention.

Why is an order missing?

  1. Check the connection in Stores.

  2. Confirm the purchased product is linked in Product Templates.

  3. Search using the storefront order reference and the Airventory order number.

  4. Open the order and check for approval or payment holds.

If it still does not appear, send support the platform, store name and order references.

How do I reconnect a store?

Open the affected connection in Stores and follow its authorization prompt. Make sure you authorize the same storefront that contains your linked products, rather than another store on your account. Once the connection is restored, check the product mapping and order again. Our How do I connect Shopify to Airventory? shows the connection process.

The order imported but is not in production. Why?

If the order has imported, the connection has brought it into Airventory successfully. Open the order to check whether it is waiting for approval, payment or a decision about fulfillment. Your customer’s payment to your store is separate from the Airventory payment, so an imported retail order can still be unpaid here. The What if a payment fails or an order stays unpaid? explains how to move it forward.

What if the connection still fails?

Send support the platform, store name, storefront order reference, any Airventory order number and a screenshot of the error. If WooCommerce has imported a duplicate order, leave the duplicate unpaid and ask support to check it before paying both.
