How do customer and fulfillment payments differ?

Your customer pays your store, and you pay Airventory separately to fulfill their order. This keeps you in control of your retail pricing and customer relationship while we handle the product and delivery.

Who does my customer pay?

Your customer pays through your store or marketplace, using the selling price you have set. Airventory then charges you separately for producing and fulfilling the order. This keeps the retail sale with your brand and lets you decide the margin you want to make. You can check the fulfillment costs before setting your price.

Why is Airventory showing unpaid?

Your customer’s storefront payment does not automatically pay Airventory. If the order shows as unpaid here, open Orders → Unpaid Orders to complete its fulfillment payment, or check the automatic-payment option you have configured. Our How do I pay for Airventory orders? shows where to find and pay the order.

Can production start before my store pays out?

Yes. Pay the Airventory order using your available fulfillment funds, even if the store payout is still pending. You control when the order is funded, without waiting for the storefront’s payout schedule. How do the wallet and automatic payments work?

How do I pay for fulfillment?

You can pay an unpaid order manually, or set up automatic payment through Wallet → Payment Details. The wallet and saved-card options are managed in Airventory rather than through your storefront payouts. Choose the setup that suits how you run the brand, then keep its funding available for new orders. You can How do the wallet and automatic payments work?.

Who refunds my customer?

Airventory refunds the fulfillment payment to you, and you refund the retail customer through your own store or marketplace. Approved Airventory refunds are processed within 1–3 days. How do returns and exchanges work?
