Orders & production

What do the order statuses mean?

Your order status shows where it is in the fulfillment process and whether anything needs your attention. Once an order is approved and paid, we handle production, packing and delivery.

When does production start?

An approved, paid order moves into printing and fulfillment. We check, pack and dispatch the finished product within 1–2 business days. How long do production and dispatch take?

What does unpaid mean?

An unpaid order still needs its fulfillment payment in Airventory. Open Orders → Unpaid Orders to review the amount and pay, or check your automatic-payment settings if you expected it to process automatically. Your customer’s payment to your store is separate from this charge. Our How do I pay for Airventory orders? shows where to complete it.

What does awaiting approval mean?

An order awaiting approval needs you to review it before it can proceed. Open the order to see the product, routing and any reason it has been held, then approve the setup you want to fulfill. This lets you make decisions about the order rather than having a change go through automatically. The How do I find orders and unpaid carts? help you find anything waiting for attention.

How long do production and delivery take?

The total estimate combines production and the destination’s shipping time. The cost calculator shows both stages separately and adds them together.
