How do I edit templates and published products?

You can update your designs as your collection develops while keeping control of your storefront listings. The important part is knowing whether you are changing a saved template, a live listing or an order already placed.

What is saved in a template?

A Product Template saves the garment, artwork, print positions and neck branding for your design. You can reuse it to order samples, publish a new store product or connect a listing you already sell. This saves you from rebuilding the design each time you need it. You can find your saved work in Product Templates.

Can I edit my store’s price and description?

You can edit the retail price and description in your storefront, or update the design through the template’s Edit action. Saving a different price in an Airventory template can update the connected listing’s price, so check it after saving.

How do I change an existing order?

A saved template and an existing order are separate. Changing the template does not change an order that has already been created from it. If you need to amend an order, open it in Airventory and contact support with the order number and the change as soon as possible. Our Can I change or cancel an order? explains what to do before production moves forward.

How do I check the connection?

Find the template in Product Templates and look at its Synced Stores information. Check that the garment, colors, options and artwork match the listing in your storefront. This keeps the product your customer buys connected to the design you want Airventory to produce. You can open your templates to review them.
