Is the quality the same in Germany and China?
Germany and China use the same machines, quality standards and quality-control process. Your routing preference changes the fulfillment location, not the standard applied to the product.
Are facilities audited?
Independent audits take place several times a year at every facility. These sit alongside the quality checks carried out on individual orders.
What if an item arrives with a problem?
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Approved issues are refunded or replaced at no extra cost. What should I do if an order arrives damaged or wrong?.
