What are the shipping prices and delivery times?
You can check shipping prices and delivery estimates before you launch a product. Our shipping page compares destinations, while the calculator brings the garment, print, branding and shipping costs together.
Where can I see shipping prices?
The shipping rates page shows prices and estimated shipping times by destination, with tracking included on every order. Tees, sweatshirts and sweatpants have separate rate columns. Crewnecks and quarter zips use sweatshirt rates; shorts use sweatpants rates.
How do I calculate delivery time?
The cost calculator adds fulfillment time to the shipping estimate for your country and shows the combined delivery estimate. Set the shipping price your customers pay in your own store; Airventory does not push its rates into your checkout.
Can one order arrive in separate parcels?
An order can arrive in separate parcels if you have enabled Allow split orders in Settings → My Accounts. This lets Airventory fulfill a multi-item order across factories when appropriate, rather than holding the whole order together. It does not mean every order will be split. Are import charges covered?
Airventory covers import duties and import taxes on its shipments. How do international delivery and customs work?
