FAQs

Answers to common questions about our process, services, and how we work.

Can I order one sample before I commit, and what does it actually cost and take?

Yes. Zero MOQ means a single unit of a single product is a valid order, and the realistic wait is one to two weeks: 1-2 business days in production plus 6-12 days shipping depending on your location, with the exact lead time shown on each product page. On cost, $10.50 is the base price of a heavyweight crew tee, not a landed sample cost, and shipping is on top, so go by the checkout total. Pay-after-your-customer-pays does not apply to a sample either, because there is no customer order behind it, so it goes on the card or PayPal linked to your account.

Do I have to keep a card on file even in months where I sell nothing?

Yes. Airventory cannot take a cut from your store's checkout, so billing runs off a card or PayPal you link to your account, charged per order at the end of the day or through automatic payments. Nothing is charged in a month with no orders, and there are no contracts, subscriptions or minimums sitting on the account. The linked payment method simply has to stay valid for the day an order does come in.

Which facility actually prints my order, and can it change from one order to the next?

It can change. Orders are fulfilled from the USA, China or Germany, so two runs of the same product may not come from the same site. What holds them to one standard is that all three are Airventory's own facilities working from one catalog of 34 products, using the same blanks reverse-engineered from 255 million data points and printing at a fixed 1200 DPI. Printful, Printify and Gelato are marketplaces of third-party print partners instead, which is why garment and print quality vary between their orders.

My store isn't on one of your supported platforms. Can you still work with me?

No, not today. Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon and eBay are the integrations, and a store on anything else cannot be connected. If that rules you out, the only route in is opening a storefront on one of those five; multiple stores can sit under one account, so it does not have to replace what you already run.

How big can you print, and how many washes does the print itself survive?

Print area goes up to 60x60cm, and every order runs at a fixed 1200 DPI rather than a resolution that shifts between jobs. On washing, there is no published figure for print longevity. The colorfast-past-50-washes number covers the garment dye, not the ink, and stretching it to cover printed artwork would be a claim we cannot back. If print wear is your deciding factor, order a sample and wash it as hard as your customers will before you commit.
