1. Processing & Production Times

  • All products are made to order.

  • Production typically takes 3-14, though times may vary depending on your customer's location.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking details once dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments once in transit.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Airventory is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at contact@airventory.io.

  • We will work with carriers to resolve issues, but outcomes are not guaranteed once goods leave our facilities.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Airventory is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
