Airventory provides premium print-on-demand and fulfilment services worldwide. Because all products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are limited to the circumstances set out below.
1. Our General Policy (Worldwide)
All products are produced specifically for each order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, size issues, or design changes.
Cancellations are only possible if requested before production has started.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
We will provide a replacement or refund if:
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival, or
The item received is materially different from the order placed.
To qualify:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a clear description, and photo evidence of the issue.
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
3. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Regional Legal Notes
European Union (EU): Under EU consumer law, goods that are made to order or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. All Airventory products fall under this exemption.
Other Regions (including the USA): Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. This policy applies except where overridden by mandatory local law.
