Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Airventory (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and ensuring that all use of our Services is lawful, ethical, and compliant. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By using our Services, you agree to abide by this Policy in full.

1. User Responsibility for Content

  • You are solely responsible for all designs, logos, artwork, text, or other content (“Content”) that you upload, submit, or otherwise use through our Services.

  • By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

    • You own all necessary rights to the Content, or have full legal permission from the rights holder.

    • The Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, design right, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.

    • The Content complies with all applicable laws and this Policy.

2. Prohibited Content

Airventory does not tolerate Content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Intellectual Property Infringement: counterfeit products, unauthorised use of logos, copyrighted artwork, designs or trademarks.

  • Illegal Material: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that exploits or harms children, or any unlawful content.

  • Adult & Pornographic Content: sexually explicit material, nudity intended for pornographic use.

  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory content.

  • Violence & Terrorism: content promoting violence, self-harm, extremism, or terrorist organisations.

  • Defamatory or Harassing Content: materials intended to defame, threaten, harass, or abuse individuals or groups.

  • Illegal Goods & Regulated Products: including, but not limited to, weapons, drugs, counterfeit currency, or items prohibited by law.

  • Obscene or Offensive Material: content generally considered obscene, profane, or grossly offensive to public standards.

We reserve the right to refuse production of any Content at our sole discretion.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

  • Airventory does not pre-screen all Content but reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove any Content or orders at any time.

  • Accounts found to be repeatedly or egregiously in violation of this Policy may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

  • We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or rights holders where appropriate.

4. No Liability

  • Airventory does not verify or endorse user-submitted Content.

  • We accept no liability for Content uploaded by users.

  • By using the Services, you agree that Airventory will not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or losses related to Content you upload.

5. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airventory and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Any Content you upload, submit, or distribute through our Services.

  • Any breach of this Policy or applicable laws.

6. Reporting IP Infringement

Airventory respects the rights of creators and brand owners. If you believe that your intellectual property has been used without permission on our Services:

  • Send an email to contact@airventory.io with the subject line “IP Infringement Notice”.

  • Your notice should include:

    • Your name and contact details.

    • A description of the work you claim has been infringed.

    • The specific Content or product you believe infringes your rights.

    • Proof of ownership or authorisation.

    • A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the disputed use is not authorised.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate promptly and may remove the Content or suspend the relevant account while we assess the claim.

7. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your Content was removed in error following an infringement notice:

  • You may submit a counter-notice to contact@airventory.io.

  • Your counter-notice must include evidence of your right to use the Content.

  • We will review counter-notices in good faith and may reinstate the Content if appropriate.

8. Agreement

By using Airventory, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your Content complies with this Policy.

  • You waive any claim against Airventory relating to ownership or use of Content you submit.

  • Any violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
