These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airventory website, platform, and related services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Airventory (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides premium print-on-demand and fulfilment services for clothing brands and other businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload infringing, illegal, or offensive content.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
    We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

  • Orders are produced and fulfilled according to the specifications provided by you.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that designs, logos, or other content do not infringe third-party rights.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are displayed before checkout.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment providers.

  • Because items are custom-made, orders are generally non-refundable unless defective or not as described.

  • Refunds, if granted, are at Airventory’s discretion and subject to inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to content you upload but grant Airventory a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it solely for providing the Services.

  • All intellectual property in the Services (software, platform, designs, branding) remains owned by Airventory or its licensors.

8. Data Protection

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Airventory disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Airventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Airventory harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including intellectual property disputes related to your content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
