Airventory (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use our website, platform, and related services (together, the “Services”).

Who We Are

Airventory is operated by Airventory OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Airventory OÜ is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@airventory.io.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details.

  • Account Data: login credentials, brand or product catalog information you upload.

  • Order & Fulfillment Data: customer names, addresses, order details, shipping information.

  • Payment Data: processed securely via third-party payment providers; we do not store card details.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser/device information, cookies, usage logs.

  • Marketing Data: newsletter subscriptions and email engagement (Klaviyo), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel).

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services, including order fulfillment.

  • Communicate with you regarding your account, orders, or inquiries.

  • Improve and secure our website and Services.

  • Send marketing communications with your consent.

  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).

3. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with:

  • Service Providers and Partners who support operations. These currently include our manufacturing and logistics partners, our payment processors, Klaviyo (email marketing and on-site analytics), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel), and Framer (website hosting and analytics).

  • Affiliated Brands: where Airventory processes data on behalf of brands, we act as a Data Processor and only handle data under their instruction.

  • Authorities: if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
    We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to run Airventory. With your consent we also use analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel and Klaviyo. Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from that banner or through your browser settings. 5. Legal Basis (for UK/EU Users)

We process personal data on the following bases:

  • Contract (to fulfill orders and provide Services).

  • Consent (marketing, cookies).

  • Legitimate interests (security, site improvement, fraud prevention).

  • Legal obligation (tax, compliance).

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary:

  • Order/account data: as required for business and legal obligations (typically up to 6 years).

  • Marketing data: until you opt out.

  • Technical logs: periodically deleted or anonymized.

7. International Transfers

If we transfer data outside the UK or EU, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. US State Privacy Rights

If you live in California or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). You can opt out of this at any time by selecting Reject all in our cookie banner, or by reopening the banner and turning off Marketing cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where we receive them.

10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, secure hosting) to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
