Who We Are

  • Service Providers and Partners who support operations. These currently include our manufacturing and logistics partners, our payment processors, Klaviyo (email marketing and on-site analytics), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel), and Framer (website hosting and analytics).

  • Affiliated Brands: where Airventory processes data on behalf of brands, we act as a Data Processor and only handle data under their instruction.

  • Authorities: if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
    We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to run Airventory. With your consent we also use analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel and Klaviyo. Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from that banner or through your browser settings. 5. Legal Basis (for UK/EU Users)

We process personal data on the following bases:

  • Contract (to fulfill orders and provide Services).

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). You can opt out of this at any time by selecting Reject all in our cookie banner, or by reopening the banner and turning off Marketing cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where we receive them.

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, secure hosting) to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure.
