How does Shopify risk management work?

Shopify risk controls let you hold flagged orders for review before Airventory fulfills them. You can choose whether high-risk orders, medium-risk orders or both should need your attention first.

Where do I set risk controls?

Open Settings → My Accounts and find Shopify risk management. You can enable Block high risk orders, Block medium risk orders, or both, then click Save Changes. These settings let you decide which Shopify risk flags should stop an order from proceeding automatically.

Should I block high-risk orders?

We recommend enabling Block high risk orders so you can review flagged payments before production.
