How do I check stock and available colors?
You can see each garment’s colors and current options in the catalog. If a product needs attention before fulfillment, your dashboard lets you review the order and decide how to proceed.
Are all colors always available?
Choose from the colors and options shown on the current catalog product page. Garments are printed to order, although a particular color or size can temporarily sell out. Availability can differ by fulfillment location.
How do I manage Germany stock in Shopify?
Check Germany stock when managing a Germany-only range, because Germany availability does not automatically mark the matching Shopify variant as sold out. Review those storefront options when stock changes. What is automatic routing?
What happens if an order needs approval?
Open the order to see what needs your approval and the available fulfillment options. You decide which setup proceeds before the garment is produced. How do I find orders and unpaid carts?
What if my order uses an unexpected product or factory?
If an order is using a product or factory you did not expect, send support the Airventory order number, the product you selected and a screenshot of your routing settings.
