FAQs

(07)

Wondering how we compare?

How do I actually pay for orders — does it come out of my store's payouts?

No. Airventory cannot take a cut from your checkout, so you link a card or PayPal and orders are charged there, either per order at the end of each day or on automatic payments. There is no inventory to buy up front, but that is not the same as no cash out: your card is charged before your Shopify or Etsy payout lands, so you carry the production cost for the few days your platform takes to pay you.

A customer wants to send a shirt back. Who covers that?

Change-of-mind returns are not supported. The garment cannot be sent back to us, so if you refund that customer the refund comes out of your own pocket, with no credit from Airventory and nowhere to return the item. Damaged or incorrect orders are the exception — those we reship or refund free. Anything you need to raise goes to contact@airventory.io.

Where are my orders actually printed, and will my customer see they came from a third party?

Production is in-house, fulfilled from the USA, China or Germany depending on the order. Nothing carries Airventory branding — not the garment, the parcel or the paperwork — and first-mile tracking is hidden, so your customer does not see the internal routing leg. What that does not hide is where the parcel ships from: an order printed abroad still arrives as an international parcel with the shipping and customs paperwork that comes with it, though tariffs and taxes are covered so there is no surprise bill at the door.

I sell on Etsy and my own Shopify store. Can one account run both?

Yes. Multiple stores run under a single Airventory account, and setup takes under four minutes. The supported integrations are Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon and eBay, so if you sell on a channel outside that list, it is not connected today.

I only move about 20 units a week. Do I need volume before I can get my own neck labels?

No. Woven neck labels, hangtags, inserts and branded polymailers all run at zero minimums, and they are applied on demand during production rather than pre-printed in bulk you have to buy in advance. A 20-unit week and a 2,000-unit week get the same branding treatment, with no label stock to order or store.

You’re five minutes from a more profitable brand.

Keep your store and your designs, just switch what sits behind them.
