FAQs

Wondering how we compare?
Gelato prints locally in a lot of countries. Airventory doesn't. What does that mean for my Australian customers?
It means those orders travel. Airventory prints in its own facilities in the USA, China, and Germany, so an Australian order crosses a border instead of being printed nearby, and for that customer a local Gelato partner can be quicker. Every product page shows the exact lead time before you list it, so you can check what an Australian buyer actually waits rather than guess. The tradeoff is what shows up: one catalog printed to one spec in Airventory's own facilities, instead of whichever third-party partner takes the job that day.
A customer says the tee doesn't fit and wants to send it back. Who covers that?
You do. Change-of-mind and fit returns are not supported, so that cost sits inside your own returns policy and is worth pricing in before you switch. If an order turns up damaged or is the wrong item, Airventory reships or refunds it free, and anything disputed goes to contact@airventory.io.
Do I have to pay for an order before my customer's money has actually landed?
Not before the sale, but usually before the payout. Nothing is charged until an order comes in, and charges then settle per order at the end of the day, or automatically if you prefer, while your store's payouts run on their own schedule and typically land later. Airventory has no way to take its cut inside your checkout, which is why a card or PayPal has to be linked: you fund the order there and reimburse yourself when the store pays out.
I sell on Etsy and Amazon as well as my Shopify store. Will it connect to all of them?
Airventory connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon, and eBay, and you can run multiple stores under one account. Setup takes under four minutes. If you sell anywhere outside that list, it is not supported today, so check every channel you depend on before planning a full move across.
Do the prints actually survive being worn and washed, or do they start cracking?
The published figure is colorfast past 50 washes, which covers color holding rather than ink cracking. Airventory publishes no crack or adhesion figure, so on that specific failure mode there is no number to point you to, and stretching the colorfast one to cover it would be dishonest. What it can say is that every order is printed in its own facilities to a single spec, so a repeat run is not handed to a different partner on different equipment.

You’re five minutes from a more profitable brand.
Keep your store and your designs, just switch what sits behind them.
