FAQs
(07)
Wondering how we compare?
Does the cost come out of my Shopify payouts, or do you charge me directly?
Directly. Airventory has no way to deduct from your store revenue, so you link a card or PayPal and that method gets charged, either per order at the end of the day or automatically. Your customer pays at checkout first, but Shopify payouts land days later, so the charge will often hit your card before that money reaches your bank and you carry the production cost in between. There is no upfront cost, no storage fee and no pick and pack fee, so nothing is owed until a real order exists, and a declined card leaves that order unpaid until the payment method is fixed.
A customer says their order arrived damaged. Who eats that cost, me or you?
We do. Damaged or incorrect orders are reshipped or refunded free of charge, and the return rate currently sits under 0.2%. Change-of-mind returns are not supported. For anything that arrived faulty or wrong, email contact@airventory.io with the order and we will handle it.
Which countries do orders actually ship from, and will my customer get a customs bill?
Orders are fulfilled from the USA, China and Germany, so an order for a US customer may be produced elsewhere. Tariffs and taxes are covered, so your customer is not billed on delivery. First-mile tracking is hidden, so the internal routing is not visible to them, which is worth knowing if you would rather disclose production origin yourself. Every product page shows its exact lead time before you list it.
I sell on Etsy and Amazon as well as Shopify. Can I run all of them from one account?
Yes. Airventory connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon and eBay, and multiple stores can sit under a single account. Connecting a store takes under four minutes, so channels can be brought across one at a time rather than all at once.
I'm already running on Printful. What does it actually cost me to try you in parallel?
The samples, and nothing beyond that. There are no contracts, subscriptions or minimums, and billing is per order, so an account that is connected but not selling costs nothing to keep open. Leave Printful running, connect one store to Airventory, order samples, and judge it on the garments that turn up rather than on this page.

You’re five minutes from a more profitable brand.
Keep your store and your designs, just switch what sits behind them.
