Why do brands stay once they print with us? Because everything here was built for clothing brands, not merch.

Wondering if we’re right for you?

Straight answers to the questions brands ask before they switch.

1. Where can I ship orders?
icon

We ship worldwide with full white-label delivery. Orders are fulfilled from the USA, China, or Germany. We cover all tariffs and taxes, and hide first-mile tracking.

2. When do I need to pay?
icon

You only pay for the products you sell, after you sell. You can set up automatic payments or pay manually per order at the end of each day. There are no upfront costs, storage fees, or pick & pack fees. We can’t take a cut from your sale to cover fulfillment and shipping because we don’t have access to your store’s payment gateway. So you’ll need to link a card or PayPal account to Airventory when setting up your store.

3. How do returns or wrong orders get handled?
icon

While our return rate is <0.2%, we’ll reship or refund anything that arrives damaged or incorrect. It’s quick, and there’s no extra cost. However, we don’t support change-of-mind returns.

4. How fast do you fulfill and ship?
icon

Average fulfillment is 1.8 days. Shipping takes 6–12 days depending on location. Every product page shows exact lead times for full clarity and you can find more precise shipping times on our shipping page.

5. Can I use my own neck labels and packaging?
icon

Yes! Custom neck tags and packaging are available on demand. You can apply both to all your stores products with just a click of a button. You only pay when you use it, and your brand stays front and center.

6. What platforms does this work with?
icon

We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon, and eBay. Setup times are less than 4 minutes. Full sync, full automation.

7. Who is this for?

Airventory serves brands that understand product quality drives business success. Our clients range from independent artists and creatives launching their first collections to multi-million dollar clothing brands scaling globally. If you understand your product is your brand's most important asset and refuse to compromise on quality, Airventory is built for you.
