Give people access to the work, not the whole business.

Your brand should not slow down because every product, order and question has to come through you. Sub-accounts let the right people work directly in Airventory without sharing your login or opening up the whole business.

No shared passwords.
Every teammate gets their own login. Your owner account stays private and their access stays separate from yours.

Access follows the job.
Start with a role template, then turn individual permissions on or off. Give people the tools they need and keep everything else closed.

You stay in control.
Change a role or remove someone whenever you need to. Updates apply right away without affecting your own access.

01

Open Sub Accounts

In Airventory, open Settings and choose Sub Accounts.

You can see everyone with access, the role they hold and where to make changes.

02

Add the person and choose their access

Enter their name and email, then start from a role template or choose permissions one by one.

Give them what they need for the job and keep everything else closed. You can adjust any template before saving.

03

Let them work from their own login

Once added, they sign in with their own email and only see the areas you approved.

Change their permissions or remove access at any time. Your own account stays in your control.
