A product template is the master version in Airventory. Publish it to one store or several, then update the product from one place.

A product template is the master version of a product inside Airventory. It holds the blank, artwork, colors, sizes, labels and price. Store listings connect back to it, so you do not need to rebuild the same product for every storefront.
The template is not a live listing.
Save it now and publish later. Nothing appears in a store until you choose Add to store and connect it.
Choose whether to create or replace.
Sync as a new product creates a new store listing. Replace existing products connects the template to a listing you already sell. Use Guide 09 for that migration.
One edit updates every connected store.
Change the print, label, variants or price in the template and connected listings follow. Your listing title, photos and description stay untouched.

Save the template and choose a store
When you save the product, choose the connected store where you want to sell it, then click Connect product.
Not ready to publish? Skip this screen. The template stays saved in Airventory and nothing goes live.

Create a new listing
Open Add to store and choose Sync as a new product. Airventory creates the listing in the selected store.
Already have a live listing for this product? Choose Replace existing products instead and follow Guide 09.

Check where the template is live
The Product Templates page shows every connected store and any template that has not been published yet.
Each connected store shows the listing it is linked to. Unsync removes the connection without deleting either product.

Publish it to another store
Open Add to store again, choose another storefront and connect the same template.
Every store uses the same product setup, so the blank, artwork and production standard stay consistent.

Update every connected listing
Edit the template and save. Connected store listings receive the product changes automatically.
Airventory updates the production details and price. Your listing title, photos and description stay exactly as you wrote them.
